Shikari is a Bangladesh-India joint venture action thriller drama film. This movie is directed by Joydeep Mukherjee. This movie is produced by Jaaz Multimedia & Eskay Movies.

In this movie lead male role plays by Bangladeshi  Super Star Shakib Khan and the lead female role is played by Bangladeshi Actress Srabanti Chatterjee.

In this film also features Jayanto Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, Rahul Dev, Amit Hasan, Supriyo Dutta, Kharaj Mukherjee, Subroto Barua, Shiba Shanu, Rebeca Rouf and many more in supporting role.

Sultan (Shakib Khan) is a professional assassin who had run away from home in his childhood after being convicted of attempting to murder his father. Rahul Dev, an influential child trafficker hires Sultan to kill prominent Judge Rudro Chowdhury (Sabyasachi Chatterjee),  Sultan arrives in Kolkata and attempts to murder Judge Chowdhury by sniping, but misfires due to large crowd and media around the Judge.

The West Bengal police force chases after him, but ultimately fails to catch him. After Rahul Dev insults him for his inability, Sultan is angry with himself, and vows to kill Judge Chowdhury within ten days.

The film is scheduled for release on July 7, 2016 Bangladesh.

The music of the film has been given by Indradeep Dasgupta.
